Security Supervisor

Job Description:
OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Provide day-to-day supervision of CRO staff SUPERVISE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCH Supervise security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing RESPOND, INVESTIGATE & REPORT THEFT/UNTOWARD INCIDENTS Respond, investigate & reports theft incidents (from arrest to case filing) ACT AS FUND CUSTODIAN Safekeep petty cash fund needed for day-to-day operations CONDUCT ORIENTATIONS & SECURITY DRILLS Conduct safety & security orientations, drills & simulations for BEMO, employees, contractors’ emergency preparedness IDENTIFY STORE HAZARDS & SECURITY THREATS Conduct facility & clearing inspections, & issue updates on crime trends, suspects, & warrants of arrests Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent. Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store [Molino] Full-time positions available
