Security Officer

Job Description:
Assist the operations officer in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Reports any violations of such. Provide daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head Assist the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incident Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglary Conduct site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premises Conduct audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiate evaluation and issue disciplinary action for any misdemeanor Inform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in. Conduct initial investigation, prepare and submit reports for such. Maintain and submit weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report) Perform other tasks that the company officers may direct Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Criminology or equivalent courses Relevant working experience specializing in security services is Required With knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies Can handle the monitoring and supervision of sites’ security guards and operations Accepts on-call duties to respond to security incidents on sites Willing to do regular fieldwork in any of the company's project sites (Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Tarlac, Bulacan & Pampanga Sites)
