Our client, a fast-growing company in the telco industry, is recruiting for a Security Manager.Location: Davao (Onsite)Work Schedule: Day Shift**Salary**: Salary is highly negotiableFinding Your Next Big Thing Is Our Big passion: Lennor Metier is a leading executive search and recruitment partner specializing in recruiting for technology, sales, marketing, finance, healthcare, industrial engineering, and C-suite roles in Southeast Asia.What To Expect From The Role- Be responsible and accountable for the overall security of Operations & Maintenance.- Work acc. to the Security Risk Management Framework and Site Security Process.- Classify sites in respect of Political and Civil Crime and overall security risk and update the ERP system.- Quantify and continuously update the Risk and Threat Profile of sites.- Suggest, implement and manage security strategies and security measures.- Monitor CCTV surveillance and evaluate suspect footage.- Liaise and manage with Security Force Companies with regards of the deployment of Site keepers, roving- or stationary as well as armed guards.- Ensure Security Guards deployment on site according to schedule.- Liaise with neighborhood, barangay and city hall as well as PNP and AFP to improve sitesecurity.- Ensure Vandalism, Burglary and other security threats are recorded, reported, mitigated and that relevant barangay- and police blotters are obtained and recorded.- Support Insurance Claims.- Ensure safety of personnel especially in unsafe areas of ARMM- Oversee and manage Health-, Safety- and Environmental aspects for the relevant region.What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree- Physically fit and have good moral character- Preferably have previous experience as military, police officer or a security guard/supervisor- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures- Must be able to write and submit security reports and familiar in the reporting anddocumentation of all related security incidents- Knowledgeable in various aspects of site security (physical, personnel, and operationalsecurity)- Experienced in ERP Software, Computer utilization and Reporting Tools- Good understanding of Telecom and TowerCo security aspects- Hands on working experience in security management of (CME) assets- Strong analytical and reporting skills- Good interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers- Accreditation with respect to HSE and DENRIf you're a great fit for this job, we can't wait to hear from you!Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Notice Period- Salary ExpectationWillingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
