Description
Data Warehousing: Understand data warehousing concepts and SAP BW data warehouse infor providers, inforsources, data load packages, workflows and process chains etc. This person need to be able to handle complexed business rules through BW transformation.
System Change Requests: Follow the system change process by carrying out tasks as required during the full lifecycle of a system change request resulting in process improvements per defined business requirements.
Project Management: Accurately employ project management methodology and documentation tools. Proactively carry out project support /administrative functions. Accurately complete status reports in a timely manner and complies with all our policies and procedures.
Administration, Communication and Documentation: Establish responsible deadlines and manage time effectively; accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional; establish effective working relationship with business users; seek input from mentors and supervisors.
Business Process Analysis and Improvements: Assist with business requirements gathering sessions and prepare assigned deliverables resulting in detailed and fully documented business requirements definitions. Implement system solutions that result in business process improvements that increase business efficiencies and effectiveness.
Project and Teamwork: Perform as a project team member and sometimes a project team lead on project implementations; executing assigned tasks resulting in successful, on time and on budget projects. Provide value as a team member in cross functional implementations while demonstrating effective interpersonal skills resulting in successful systems implementations.
Qualifications
• Requires a minimum of 5+ years of working experience with SAP
• Requires a good understanding of SAP landscape and familiar with different SAP function modules such as SD, MM, PP, SCM etc.
• Familiar with SAP system upgrade and patch process and procedure
• Minimum 5 years of ABAP experience is required
• SAP BW experience required.
• Proven track record of delivering business focused solutions in a flexible and responsive manner.
• Strong skills in system analysis, design, testing and documentation.
• Computer Science degree desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills with well-organized and structured work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team or independently.
