Salesforce Consultant - CPQ

As a Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant, your mastery on functional skill set is required because you will be responsible for strategic engagements with clients, designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box applications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Marketing cloud etc.), Salesforce CPQ related applications and other third party integrations(ERP systems such as Informatica and Zuora). You will also participate in business process analysis and design, configuration and deployment. You will also be assigned as a Project Lead on Accounts and provide oversight on a team of resources and will be responsible for the general direction of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients to understand and analyze their business process.
Collaborate with members to define and document requirements
Provide solution/technical design for internal Consultants.
Work on and resolve medium to high priority cases within the specified SLAs
Ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce CPQ in both CPQ existent or non-existent Salesforce environments.
Hands on experience and advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ focus areas.
Provide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements
Immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants and Consultants
Be a subject matter expert (SME) regarding Salesforce CPQ’s capabilities and functionalities.
Act as a mentor and a functional resource to other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience:
At least 2 years Salesforce experience.
At least 2 years in Salesforce CPQ consulting experience.
At least 5 year of Business Analyst or equivalent experience related task in Salesforce
Advanced/Administrator, Sales Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications are preferred.
