Main Job Responsibilities:
*With 6 Financial Advisors to manage
*Work with clients and agents to come up with a bespoke financial plan, investment strategy and comprehensive
Protection package that best suit their needs
* Identify client's financial goals through table-top meetings and needs-based analysis interviews
* Provide aftersales service by performing policy updates and policy reviews
*Provide financial planning services, estate planning services, investment advisory, and the like
*Constant prospecting for new clients and Agents to onboard
*Insure and Protect lives while earning unlimited potential income.
