Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of all critical reports for key decision making and information for internal associates and external customers across
Timely and accurate processing Major Accounts invoicing, assisting in tender processes', liasing with IT for processes improvement and automation and guidance on standard operating procedures
Support function to Sales Support Manager, Operations Manager and Field Sales Team through provision of adhoc reporting, analysis, campaign development, etc

Customer Service Assistance / Dispute managementJob RequirementsBachelor’s/College Degree holder
Retail experience + 3 years, preferably with both front / back of house exposure. Experience in Analytical and or Reporting role. Exposure to working as part of Sales team
Intermediate Microsoft Office and experience in Reporting platforms (SAP BW, Cognos, etc)
Knowledge of operations across all retail and or wholesale environments
Ability to manage stakeholders
