Sales Staff

Contacts customers for sales and customer service-related matters which may include but not limited to follow-up of orders, forecast, and quotations in accordance with company policies, and procedures.- Perform sales prospecting activities.- Receives and handles requests from customers, prepares necessary documents related to the request and maintain records according to company policies and procedures.- Maintain customer records, updates, and feedbacks in the system (VE & CRM).- Analyzes customer performance based on sales, complaints, customer satisfaction feedback and payment performance; and reports to superior for proper actions.- Interacts with customers, company intercompany departments to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to domestic and/or international sales activities. This also includes providing necessary documents as required by the customer in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to complaints (NCM), and processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.- Records and reports the status of complaints, returns (RMA), repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules related to complaints (NCM).
