Sales Staff

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.- calls on outlets daily to take purchase orders and to collect money.- we need one in Laguna, one in Cavite and one in Metro Manila.For Sales staff, this is what we pay our Sales reps:Basic Salary - For probationary = Minimum Wage which is Php 610 per day - For experienced sales reps = Php 700 to Php 800 per dayIncentives would vary depending on their Job Grade as well as their sales performance. This would rangefrom Php 9,000 as high as Php 16,000.
