Sales Specialist

Job OverviewWe are looking for organized Sales Executives to sell our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for selling company supplies such as coffee beans, milk and other ingredientsRequires frequent fieldwork, conducting product demonstrations and on-site sales to customers.Learn how to prepare coffee and beverages, and be capable of independently presenting solutions to clients.Finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the product or service and negotiating and closing the sale with the customer.Makes accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotationsCreate a purchase order or receive payment from the customer and arrange for the customer to receive the products or services in a timely fashion.Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale as well. Along with sales responsibilities,Responsible for creating sales reports, maintaining files and reviewing competitor's products and the employer's new products to stay competitive.Terms of Reporting:Work schedule would be six (6) days a weekReports directly to Mark Zhao, the Project ManagerShall inform the direct manager if not able to work for a certain day or days at least 2 hours before the start of working time foremergency absences. For planned absences, must inform at least 3 days ahead•You are required to send an invoice to bill at least 2 days before the release of fee. Please indicate your bank details in the invoice aswell as the scope of services that you have rendered for that specific fee period.
