Sales & Retail Supervisor

Qualifications:Preferably Graduate of 4 years courseHRM, Food Tech, or Business CoursesMale or FemaleWith at least a year of supervisory experience handling food kiosk/stall chains of restaurantsAnd bakeshop conceptsWith good written, oral and verbal communication skillsWith good leadership mentoring skillsAbility to work with less supervisionWilling to work in a highly competitive environmentDuties & Responsibilities:Conducts performance review & weekly meetings at the store levelEnsures proper implementation of Sales, Marketing & Operational programs in the stores being supervised.Conducts on the spot crew training and coaching whenever necessaryCoordinates with maintenance group for any assistance related to repairs and maintenance of equipment and store facilities.Ensures good working relations with all subordinates.Recommends personnel supervised for promotion and regularization.Checks regularly the stores compliance to standards in regard to Cleanliness and Sanitation, Customer Service and Product Quality.Checks daily records per store in regard to sales deposits, petty cash purchases, change funds, SIR, and promotional collaterals.Prepares regular shift schedules and assignments of crews.
