Sales Officer (Batangas)

Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service- Build productive trust relationships with customers- Filing of documents and encoding in the system for proper monitoring- Management of petty cash fund inside the branch- Release of clients loans- Checking the compliance of loan release documents- Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients- Strategize marketing approach to effectively bring in new Loan Consultants- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive ling-term relationships with existing customers.- Recruitment of Loan Consultants- Reports to management on progress and issues within the branch.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Batangas City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Officer: 2 years (preferred)- Financing/Banking: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
