Sales Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related course• With at least 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing or business development. Experience in forwarding, logistics or warehousing industry is a plus• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. With ability to build and maintain client relationships• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team• Proficient in MS Office programs and Google suite• Willing to travel within Davao Region (Region 11, 12 and neighboring regions), with driver's licenseTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Establish and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company volume targets• Develop and lead a high-performing sales team. Monitor team's performance, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Plan on sales visits when necessary• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs and market dynamics to inform sales strategies• Coordinate with operations team to tailor solutions that meet clients' logistics needs• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management when necessaryEMPLOYER QUESTIONSYour application will include the following questions:1.
