Responsibilities- Recruit and manage sales manpower- Assist manpower in client transactions and sales closing- Evaluate manpower performance- Promote teamwork and engagement whether working online or offline- Comply to the sales quota by planning and executing sales strategies**Qualifications**:- Has a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent- At least 2 years of experience in sales management in a reputable real estate company is an advantage- With a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills- Has the ability to recruit and manage salespeople- Flexible and has strong leadership skills**Salary**: From Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- Commission pay
