1. We are looking for highly motivated sales-oriented individuals with proven track record in sales and marketing.2. We are looking for experienced sales professional who have more than two years experience in the industry of non-life, at least on a supervisory level .3. We are looking for sales professionals who can sell insurance products and is comfortable with sales targets.4.Applicant must have excellent communication skills. Someone who can speak and write correct Tagalog and English.5. Confident and someone who is not afraid to negotiate with clients and suppliers. Must have a strong and pleasing personality.6. Must be willing to sell insurance products via personal selling, online selling, telemarketing, etc. in a new normal environment.7. Must have an advance internet and computer skills and must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.8. Must have a Facebook account (required) and other popular social media accounts.9. Must have a good moral character.10. Must be knowledgeable and access to virtual communication like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.11. With own transport will be a big advantage.13.Must be able to build his or her own team of agents.14. Shall saturate and market areas of CALABARZON and nearby provinces, but you are open to tap market nationwide.15. Compensation is Salary-based and Full commissions only. We also have performance-based incentives.
