Job Responsibilities:- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes of the team- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization. - Supports the equitable assignment of the team’s sales target and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to the team.- Achievement of team quota as set by the Company (to be added on top of individual quota; dependent on quota of each team member)- Works to ensure all sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. · - Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. - Works closely with other teams to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. - Works with Management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. - Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. · - Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. - Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. · - Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. · - Working with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures. · - Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. · - Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel- Lead a small team and full profit and loss responsibility for the operations - Develop strategies and procedures to enable execution of business plans within corporate requirements and objectives.- Overall accountability for profitability and efficiently managing operations activities, resources and priorities.- Visit major and new customers to increase understanding of their requirements and grow sales.- Responsible for executive level briefing to the company and customer senior management.- Actively promote products to new and existing customers by providing sales pitches, technical presentations and demonstrations.- Observe and control production budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve delivery quality, and financial targets.- Plan and manage the staffing and activities to ensure that customer needs are met and the business delivers on efficiency margin targets on manpower and contracts.- Build a cohesive and strong team culture.- Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with business plans and grow sales profit.Job Qualifications:· BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.· Proven work experience as Business Development Manager or relevant sales role· Excellent communication and written skills· Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point in particular).
