This position is a management level role based in the Philippines. This is a role in Managing the Global learning and development programme and initiatives, driving the creation and deployment of sales education, knowledge and training for Sales, Marketing Globally.
This role requires a business professional with outstanding drive and energy, with the ability to build and deliver training material with limited oversight. This individual must have a strong understanding of learning principles and proven experience working within Sales Learning & Development, as well as previous management experience.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
? Assist sales management with evaluating individual’s development needs, through the use of performance metrics and gap analysis to provide appropriate recommendations
? Implement and lead current various learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, virtual e-learning, social learning as well as suggest new and improved programmes
? Assist managers to develop their team members through career pathing
? Partner with internal and external SME’s to craft, develop and launch training on company core offerings
? Measure and evaluate the efficiency and return on investment of all regional training programs
? Be responsible for the technical tools & resources available for Sales & Marketing relating to learning
? Keep abreast of emerging trends in Sales and Marketing
Qualifications and Typical Experience:
? 5+ years of experience in management of Learning and Development
? 3+ years of working within a sales management environment or similar
? Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
? Solid decision-making skills
? Instructional design
? Outstanding written, communication and interpersonal skills
? Thinks strategically, grasps new and groundbreaking concepts quickly, and vigilantly finds creative solutions to sophisticated problems
? Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional internal Broadridge business partners
