SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES? Securing purchase order from clients.? Conducting market research to identify the selling possibilities and evaluatemarket/ industry trends, competitors' strategies, prospecting, attending tocustomer needs and recommending profit and service improvement.? Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networkingsocial media posting and engagements.? Setting up meetings with potential clients, price negotiations, listening to theirrequirements and challenges in purchasing the products.? Preparing and delivering appropriate presentation of showcase products ,services, company profile and capabilities? Preparing monthly report to gauge monthly target and KPI, analyzing resultand propose catch up plan to meet the KPI? Facilitating product launching, training and education to sales team membersand provide education /orientation to clients on the functionalities andcapabilities of Sanden products.? Developing new market and ensuring business growth by maintaining goodbusiness relationship and quality service.? Ensuring updated collection based on credit terms and conditions provided toclients.? Ensuring good customer service to internal and external customer at all times? Contributing to Visayas to achieve its and guidelines and dedicating effort toSanden's mission and vision.? Complying with company rules and regulations and upholding the interest ofSanden.IV. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, & TECHNICAL SKILLS:? Good oral and written English language, Pilipino language and Visayan(Cebuano/Hiligaynon/Aklanon/Negrense/Karay-a/kiniray-a/capiznon/eskayawaray) dialect? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media, Canva orother presentation software? Pleasing personality, presentable and with persuasive presentation skills.? At least 5 years' work experience in sales and marketing preferably inAppliance Company or its equivalent.? Has supervisory skills to lead a groups of Sales Representatives.? Graduate of marketing / business related course or any four year course? Persuasive negotiation skill? Gender-inclusive? Possess strong patience, with good initiative and versatile? Good planning, organizing and leadership skills? Aggressive and result-oriented.? Preferably non-professional driver with restriction code 1 & 2? Willing to travel and render overtime
