Sales Development Representative

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the sales team of a Tech company team in the US for a remote position.

This teammate will book meetings for the sales team by doing outbound calls and updating entries as needed.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development - scrape for contacts and brands and organize that data by conducting outbound calls verifying information from the current database. You will be trained to follow the sales process. Appointment Setting - set up appointment calls with these leads setting up meetings for a potential sales deal. Communication - respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings and manage work calendars.
Ideal Profile

Requirements:
Must have experience with CRM and Customer Service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. Must have experience doing outbound calls for sales Great English Communication skills (Written and Oral) Can work graveyard hours, if required
