Sales Coordinator

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationProcess orders/sample requests with accuracy and timelinessGenerates clear and effective written proposals/quotations Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialCoordinates with the relative department to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints if required.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems if necessaryProvide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction.Record keeping (inquiries, inbound/outbound calls, customer feedback, etc.).Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorMonitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvementsAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policiesCollege Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.A minimum of 1 year experience in sales: sales coordinator or in other administrative position (with a technical background preferably from HVAC and Water works sales markets will be an advantage).With excellent verbal and written communication skills Embodies strong traits such as decision-making, problem solving and possessing good judgmentA good understanding of the sales process. With good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point)Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.Determined to continually learn about new products and skills.Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated and a determination to surpass performance goals. Team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
