• Ensure customer satisfaction by taking care of end to end sales coordination from prospecting, to order, to fulfillment, to after-sales service.
• Promptly responds to inquiries from all emails and messages.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Follow all standard procedures and policies in handling reservations. Ensures deposits and contracts are signed, received and recorded timely and accurately.
• Ensure the availability of stock.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations on action plans.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Develop new business, and business partners to increase sales, network, and coverage of the sales team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, promotion and campaigns.
• Prepares monthly sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
• Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
• Develop and manage social media and online platforms (ex. website) to enhance audience engagement.
• Assess sponsorships and make recommendations.
• Look for new trends and new items.
• Assist in operational work as needed.
• Other duties that are necessary for smooth project implementation.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience in Sales, Customer Care, and Management.
• Service-oriented, glad to satisfy customer needs.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel, Email).
• Highly organized and good in problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): sales, customer care, management, customer service.
