Details of the offer

- Ensure customer satisfaction by taking care of end to end sales coordination from prospecting, to order, to fulfillment, to after-sales service
- Oversee the set up in events and ensure quality of service
- Ensure that the expectations of the customer are met by delivering what was promised
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Follow all standard procedures and policies in handling orders
- Promptly respond to inquiries from all emails and messages
- Timely resolution of customer complaints or non-compliance, and corrective actions so that it doesn’t recur
- Visit customers to discuss their needs and build positive relationship
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Look for new trends and new items
- Develop and implement new strategies and marketing programs to capture key accounts
- Perform market research and competitor analysis
- Timely completion of sales reports
- Other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation
