**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:1. Graduate of any four year course2. One (1) to Two (2) years related work experience from an automotive dealership3. Above average oral and written communication skills4. Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.5. Pleasing personality and above average customer relations and negotiation skills**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Provides administrative support to Sales Department.2. Handles documentation and reporting of every units sold.3. Assists in monitoring and collection of Accounts Receivables.4. Assists in Vehicle Sales Inventory Management5. Prepares and submits various sales admin reports regularly and on time.6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Tuba, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
