Details of the offer

Manage lead generating campaigns and ensuring that these leads are handled accordingly by the Sales Team
Manage Sales Team's activities and ensure these are carried out in a timely manner
Manage the administration of collateral such as email templates, presentation templates, and proposal templates
Communicate with the clients and prospects in behalf of the Sales Team when appropriate; such as updating the client on minor changes made in proposals based on newly agreed terms, or reaching out to clients to obtain missing information needed to answer queries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Excellent communicator in verbal and written form
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Above average industry standard compensation package
5-day work week – Dayshift Schedule from Mondays to Fridays
