Responsible for all sales booking by screening documents and coordinating with sellers to ensure completion of all requirements
Process accreditations and maintain a database of all sellers
Assist brokers and clients in the absence of the Account Manager
Assist the sellers in administrative tasks such as sending documents to the clients/brokers through e-mail, deposit of commission checks for brokers, printing, photocopying and routing to other departments of official documents such as memos, payments requests, cash advances, wire transfer receipts etc.
Facilitate auto debit enrollment, checking account opening and consequent coordination with other departments and partners
Facilitate trip requests at the site and/or showroom
Safekeeping of various buyer and seller documents
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent are welcome to apply
Related working experience real estate property sales/leasing and administrative works is an advantage.
Good communication and organization skills
Proficient in MS Office and operation of printers, scanners and other office equipmen
