Details of the offer

- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any four-year course.- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years as Administrative Assistant or any relevant working experience.- Good computer skills (MS office)- Highly-organized and can work with minimum supervision- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- A team player with high level of dedicationDuties & Responsibilities1. Check timely submission of RSM and AM's monthly coverage plan and weekly liquidation reports.2. Handle phone and email inquiries regarding the company products and services and forward it to theassigned RSM and AM.3. Prepare a monthly report of all the email and phone product inquiries and ensure to coordinate statuswith the assigned RSM and AM.4. Coordinate with the sales team for other customer concerns and monitor sales update.5. File incident report per region and provide a weekly summary report to NSM.6. Provide clerical support to sales team7. Give assistance to the Executive Secretary in the day-to-day tasks.8. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
