As the brand steward, they will take the lead in developing sustainable RRP brand growth strategies that are: Globally-aligned,Both consumer and commercially relevant, and Based on a thorough assessment of cross-category / consumer opportunities and brand health metrics. They are responsible for activating and optimizing the various marketing levers available (product/innovation, communication, promotions, price, etc.), based on a strong understanding of the consumer, to drive competitive advantage and strengthen position in market. They are responsible for generating relevant and compelling insights, which will be the basis for the brand's key directions and initiatives. They should be the primary brand champion in driving a consumer-centric mindset across the organization. They will work closely with HQ BG, Global RRP, Region, and other stakeholders including GBS NPD and external agencies to develop the right portfolio (incl. flavor, strength, formats, pricing), NPD development and communications strategy for the brand. They will also work closely with RRP Brand Ops Manager, RRP Commercialization, Data & Foresight, CX, Digital and Sales to ensure consistent and excellent translation of the brand strategies into concrete executional plans across channels. Further, they will also need to work with other functions such as Finance and Operations to ensure that business operations are sound and future-proof.   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?MA/BA Degree in Marketing or business-related course7+ years proven experience acquired in JTI and/or in previous company (preferrable in RRP / FMCG / electronics industries) in Marketing / Business Development.Experienced in strategic brand management, new product development and introduction, insighting, project management, and brand positioning/communications development. Experience in handling a global brand or multi-market an advantage. English - Advanced written and oralSolid experience in brand & portfolio management, pricing, volume planning & forecasting and in-market experienceStrong analytical and communication skills combined with solid interpersonal skills allowing you to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholdersPassionate about understanding consumer motivations and building brandsExperience in managing and developing a team. Willing to empower team members to take initiative and to be proactive in seeking solutionsExcellent project management skillsResult-oriented and can balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategyAble to make sense out of diverse perspectives and driven to find practical solutions to move things forwardAmenable to travel from time to time WHAT WILL YOU DO?Drive strategic planning process for the brand by identifying key issues & opportunities, leading portfolio analysis, developing strategies for communications, channels (both retailer- and consumer-facing across all omnichannel touchpoints including Digital, Trade and Internal), areas/zones, and pricing.  This includes driving insight generation and ensuring these are clearly translated to compelling plans and initiatives driving Consumer Acquisition & Retention.In collaboration with MarComm & PR, drive the development of consumer-relevant, equity-building communications strategy and content for all brand campaigns across key consumer omnichannel touchpoints including Digital, Trade and Internal.  Translate global assets and toolkits into fresh, creative, and locally-relevant executions that can support opportunities identified by Data & Foresight, CX, Field Marketing, Sales, and Digital.Analyze market dynamics and use brand health drivers, emerging trends and measurement tools to plan, prioritize and build effective marketing plans/models as well as identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendation for portfolio launches/changes and channel/area plans. Regularly monitor current & new product performance metrics (distribution, volume, repeat purchase, market share, etc) and track overall brand performance in order to ensure performance delivery.Lead new products/claims development for the brand, which includes PLM-related projects (NPD, portfolio initiatives), defining the overall 360 degree launch strategy (together with CX, MarComm & PR, Digital, RRP Commercialization and Sales), anticipate issues, build contingency plans, monitor new product performance and deliver new product KPIs.Responsible for brand operations such as managing budgets, overseeing product lifecycle from demand forecasting to production, delivery, and sale of SKUs, and leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for the brand to ensure minimal to no supply disruptions and NTM / FG write-offs. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?Thank you very much for applying!
