Responsibilities:
Incident/Problem Management & User Support
Supports day-to-day operational items including incident, problem resolution and end-user support.
Manage/Monitor outstanding logged tickets in the team and follows through accordingly to facilitate closure.

Communicates finding / resolution / user education appropriately within established service level.
Performs due diligence with thorough investigation prior to reverting to users on findings or escalating to the next tier support teams.

Business Requirement Analysis, Re-engineering & Testing Support
Works with the business in gathering and documenting their end-to-end processes and translate it to usable information by the vendor/implementer.
Identifies areas in processes that can be streamlined to ensure efficient and quality processes are implemented while ensuring compliance to necessary controls.
Perform a full understanding of all the processes and their intersections to ensure everything will work fluidly once completed.
Perform SIT, UAT and Parallel Testing Activities during vendor migration and for Post Go-live enhancements and fixes.

Vendor Migration & Management
Provide assistance the business and the vendor during the migration period which include but not limited to POC for Citi, translation of country processes to the capability of the vendor, discussion calls, etc.
Perform Change Management for any changes that should arise after go-live. This includes documentation of the requirements, coordination with vendor and monitoring until completion of the change.

Legacy Payroll System Support
Provide end-to-end support to PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll System including Issue Management, System Maintenance and Change Management.
Coordinate with Tier 3 Support Team for issues requiring technical investigation already and monitor until full resolution.
Monitor Batch Processes in the system for any failures and resolve as necessary.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in end-to-end payroll processing or supporting HR/Payroll applications.
Knowledgeable on several country payroll regulations or policies.
Has experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
Has experience on the different testing stages and payroll reconciliations.
Has experience in working with Payroll Vendors or Migrations.
Knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft HRMS or Global Payroll is a plus

Must be analytical, creative, hard working, a team player and must support the concept of “fun” in the workplace.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast paced global environment.
Must be a fast learner, highly organized and methodical.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Project.
Must possess superior communication skills (both verbal and written) inclusive of strong presentation skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
