**Job Qualifications**- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Psychology.- **Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in Benefits Administration.**:- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, and Excel)- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.- Reporting of New Hires to Government Agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR)- Processing of Statutory Benefits such as SSS Maternity and Sickness- Distribution of HMO cards to Countryside Branches- 201 filing- Preparation of payment requests- Pouching of documents- Monitor and update Team Trackers- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time**Salary**: Php23,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Fully VaccinatedAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- ER/Employee Benefits: 1 year (required)
