**MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT "SM DASMA"****MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN AT "DOUBLE DRAGON PLAZA, PASAY CITY"**- with training rate + training allowance_**PRIMARY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times- Creates a pleasant dining experience- Provides service promptly, courteously and accurately- Provides consistent greetings to incoming customers in the branch- Takes customers' food and drink orders- Possesses the knowledge and technical skills on standard cashiering procedures- Memorizes product menu and be able to direct customers or make suggestions;- Confirms orders with the customers whenever a clarification is requested- Prepares food batches and raw materials for the product- Prepares and cooks menu items following the standard cooking procedures.- Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion- Ensures that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner- Maintains company standard on quality products and presentation- Monitors garnish completeness- Responsible in putting up garnishing before dispatching food- In-charge of the quality control of food prior to serving- Dispatches ready to serve food ordered by the customer- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor**Job Qualifications**:- Must possess at least High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate Graduate- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Less than 1-year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment- A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment- Must understand the cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail**Job Type**: PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift system
