Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.- Ensure that restaurant operations run smoothly- Hire and train staff following company policies- Take care of the employee schedule- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints- Maintain safety and food quality standards- Ensuring all end-of-day cash counts are correctly completed- Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesQualifications:- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role- Proven customer service experience as a manager- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills- Acute financial management skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management/HRM, and the like**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Flextime- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid toll fees- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 10 hour shift- Holidays- WeekendsSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Restaurant Manager: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
