Manages food service operations or parts of operations;? Combines and balances receipts at the end of the day;? Enforces the Sequence and Standards of Service with no exceptions;? Prevents complaints by monitoring the status of each table;? Resolves customer complaints regarding food service;? Processes customer bills and/or payments;? Executes upselling, cross-selling, and local store marketing strategies to push menu (food and drink) products;? Ensures implementation of policies and procedures for guest relations, customer handling, sales reporting, and cash handling;? Monitors voids and wastage through review of POS reports;? Prepares and consolidates reports required by management;? Ensures complete and correct accomplishment of checklists by all restaurant staff;? Accomplishes shift schedules and submits said in a timely manner;? Performs personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets;? Observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups;? Monitors staff breaks, rotations, tardiness, and absences;? Ensures seamless communication and teamwork between front of the house and back of the house, as well as seamless transition between shifts for a delightful customer experience;? Ensures day to day implementation of food safety practices, as prescribed by Company Manual;? Validates bar inventory and requirements;?
