At least 5?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): organized with inventory, charming, team leader, good with technology, smart, friendly, takes initiative, hardworking, good with numbers, good communication skills
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Hire and train staff members.
Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
Open and close the restaurant on time.
