Command and leadership over team4. Highly independent, organized and methodological5. Continuous communication6.
Computer literate with MS WORD and EXCEL proficiency and use of POS systemJOB DESCRIPTION:1. Control and management of 1 branch outlet2. Manages preparation, operations and closing procedures3.
Prepares daily, weekly. monthly operation and performance reports4. Teaches and oversees individual performance towards group standards5.
Excellent customer service skills to teach and respond to crisis situations6. Strong marketing skills in bringing in by passers and train cashiers and dining in custom greetings and responses.7. Continuous improvements meetings done 2-4 times a week
Package:Supervisor starting rate at P13,500,WITH ESCALATION to 14-15 level, once skills are proven efficient and consistent with potential to grow to managerial posts at 16-18kBasic benefits provided
