Resident Team Building Facilitator

Job Description:
We are looking for more team building facilitators to join our team! Facilitators will handle corporate or large school groups, running them through a set schedule of activities and imparting learnings along the way. They will also accompany Event Organizers to meetings with clients.


Must be willing to travel outside Manila for facilitations. Destinations include: Tagaytay, Laguna, Batangas, Bataan, Subic, La Union, Baguio, Mindanao, Cebu, Boracay.
Minimum Qualifications:
Skills/Qualities needed: Speaks Tagalog/English fluently Can speak authoritatively in front of large crowds Physically fit and able to work through the weather Fast learner and quick thinker Positive attitude and willing to learn Requirements: College degree/diploma from a top university Work experience in any major industry is a plus Prior facilitating/training experience is an advantage Base salary dependent on prior experience, education, and skill set. Commission and bonus dependent on performance and work level status.
