As a Reservationist (OTAs) , you will be responsible for verifying guest information and payment options, ensuring accuracy through confirmation emails or letters. Additionally, you will interact with guests over the phone, via text, or through email channels, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Here's an overview of your future role: Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Thursday-Monday 9PM-6AM; Tuesday and Wednesday off
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the telephone.
Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up efficiently.
Proficient in creating a guest experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proficiency in basic math.
Observant and detail-oriented, capable of coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment.

Maintain continuous communication with multiple departments for cross-functional collaboration.
Create an experience for the traveler by offering the best suitable options for their stay.
Check the availability of accommodation on the guest's desired travel dates.
Answer any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
Resolve any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Provide support to guests who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Verify guest information and payment options, sending confirmation emails or letters.
Effectively assist guests over the phone, via text, or through email, striving to provide excellent customer service.
Assist Guest Relations with guest arrivals, payments, and contract details.
Maintain accurate files and notes for all incoming reservation requests on PMS and Lead Management Software.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and guest relationships.
Be familiar with location, features, and amenities within all our luxury vacation properties.
Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously strive to improve skills and increase knowledge within reservations.
Fulfill any other duties necessary to uphold our Mission and adhere to our Organization's Values.
