Reports Analyst Assistant

The Reports Analyst Assistant reports to the Reports Analyst and is primarily responsible for recording, consolidating, encoding, and generating reports of the day-to-day operations.Indicated below are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Encoder for SMART RTPA.- Prepares, together with the Area Manager and Office Associate in Head Office in preparing the Post Activity Reports, and Certificate of Completion for submission to the client.- Checks completeness and accuracy of reports being submitted by the operations team based on the target in the circular- Checks accuracy and completeness of the warehouse inventory report submitted by the Warehouse Personnel before submission to the Head OfficeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
