Main purpose of the Role:
Support demand governance process and PMO for status reporting and analysis.
Improve demand dashboard reports and provide support to demand inquiries.
Create dashboard for PMO related tasks and activities, e.g. Resource Management, Utilization, Capacity Planning, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
Publish periodic demand status reporting and analysis
Support continuous improvement to Demand Governance and PMO through in-depth analysis of the KPI reports
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate demand KPI reporting and analysis
Create Monthly Executive Summary for Demand governance and PMO related activities
Conduct regular review on demand status
Create process documentations, guidelines and templates specific to Demand Governance and PMO as a result of continuous improvement
Conduct awareness and rollout training
Help the Solution Delivery and Service Delivery achieve efficient Demand process and PMO
Acquire new knowledge and perfect skills in order to drive continuous improvement in the respective areas and day-to-day operations e.g. Improve operation efficiency by automation, suggest new elements for monitoring for preventive maintenance
Consistently review/audit the team/project implementation practices
Qualifications and Experience (mandatory)
Strong background and technical application of any BI Tools, QlikView, PowerBI, etc.
Minimum 3 years experience in Reporting, Analytics and Dashboarding
Strong background in Project Management Office
Certification in Project Management, i.e. PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, an advantage
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
Minimum of combined 5 years of solid IT experience
Good communication skills
Must have experience in supporting multi-location, global setting
Qualifications Experience and (preferred):
Solid background IT Project Management, preferably in Financial/Insurance industry
Knowledge in any other frameworks such as ITIL Service Management Framework, PMP, CMMI, TMMI
Experience in working in insurance , banking, accounting industry
Have experience working in global companies, preferably following an onshore-offshore model, with key understandings of the country characteristics, culture and work style, is an advantage.
