Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat and email communication. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and support.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits- Strong time management and project management skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
