Monitors and manages clients' accounts and portfolios by providing regular market updates and value added advice and guidance through consistent client engagement activities (e.g. phone calls, meetings, emails etc.)
Identifies and successfully capitalizes on cross-sell opportunities, and helps clients understand which loan products or services best suit their needs, offering alternatives or customized products as may be appropriate.
Grows sustainable revenues from existing client portfolio and through targeted expansion of client network.
Effectively partners with other concerned departments to ensure that all client needs are addressed timely and thoroughly.
Candidate should have at least five years relevant experience in a same capacity.
Experience in wealth management is required.
Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
