Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:
Responsible in overseeing, planning, implementing, directing and controlling the sales activities of the company in a Mindanao Region area to achieve sales quota and responsible to achieve profitability set by the company.


Manage the Sales Team for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and profits; Ensure availability and exposure of all brand and product; Ensure that company promotions are properly executed, coordinated and maximize; Manage Accounts Receivable, Warehouse and Admin. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate of Marketing Management, Management or any related course; Experience in Planning in Business Method and Business Development Experience in handling promoters or personnel’s; Develop promotional ideas that will cater regional dealers market requirements and ensure properly implementation once approved; Knowledgeable in Inventory Management and can handle orientation, trainings and business presentation; Able to conceptualize merchandising and promotional activities With better computer knowledge such as Word, Excel formulas and PowerPoint; Willing to travel and analytical person.
