About the Position We are looking for a driven and extremely commercial Regional Sales Manager to become part of our founding-team and play a vital role in shaping the business while managing a diverse portfolio of pharmacy channels. You will be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization, building your department from scratch. Based in Jakarta, you will be focused on the whole of Indonesia.
Responsibilities Our Regional Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Grow the sales of YOUVIT within a portfolio of Local Accounts (LA) including Local Key Account (LKA), Mini Markets, (MM) Baby Shops (BS), General Trade (GT) and Apoteks (A) .Amongst others, channels like Total Buah, Kem Chicks, Grand Lucky, Naga, All Fresh and miscellaneous MM, BS and GT outlets. Expand sales operations from 2 to 15 cities in order to penetrate over 30.000 LA outlets by December 2019. Cities include Surabaya, Semarang, Yogya, Medan, Denpasar, Balikpapan and Makassar. Built plan of approach to grow sales in LA’s including mapping functional store universe, sales forecasting, budgeting and a creative sales & marketing plan including a mix of trade/consumer promotions, visibility and event organising. Motivate distributors in new cities to partner in order to penetrate LA’s and lead deal making on distribution agreement in line with sales targets and budgeting. Recruit local sales team in support of world-class sales operations. Local team members per city include a Local Key Account Executive, Team Leader, SPG’s & Merchandisers. Built SOP’s and train local sales team on product knowledge, selling skills and performance reporting. Work closely with distributors, retailers and institutions to grow sales and built strong relationships in support of the above. Ensure in store team operations and sales and marketing promotions are properly executed. Have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7! Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications Solid academic background;
A minimum of five years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in sales of consumer (health & beauty) products is preferred; Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business; Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; Strong feeling of responsibility; Snapshot of the Role Location : Jakarta
