We are looking for someone with:
Degree from a reputable university
At least 15 years working experience in insurance or financial services industry, preferably with experience in handling a sales team
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Proven leadership skill in people management
Entrepreneurship aspiration
On the job you will:
Developing and executing on the strategic direction and value proposition, as servicing becomes more digital
Maximise department revenue and sales target by bringing in new business and company’s sales activities
Ensures that New Business submissions are processed in a timely manner
Drive the adoption and roll out of digital tools in team and clients
Provide support to team including joint field work, coaching and mentoring
Driving best in class NPS through meaningful interactions with both teams and clients
Manage teams to deliver optimal performance through coaching, motivating and mobilizing improvement opportunities
Responsible for all sales, recruitment and marketing to drive sales targets
