Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): IT/Non-IT recruitment, boolean search, interview and selection, resume mining and screening, Client Account Management.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Must diligently perform all KPIs based on given KRAs.
With minimum of 1 year experience in handling IT/Non-IT requirements
Must be a team player, goal oriented and results driven
Work location: Unit 101 FSS 2, 18 Scout Tuason cor. Scout Castor St., Quezon City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
Full-Time position(s) available.
Provide full lifecycle recruitment with focus on candidate sourcing, screening and salary negotiation of candidates for Technical/IT/Non-IT positions.
Deliver pipeline of candidates to meet volume openings by utilizing online sourcing sites and Social Networking sites such as Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedIn, and other free job posting sites. Extensively using referrals and Boolean Searching
Performs Boolean searching, Resume mining, Resume screening and sourcing of "niche role" and "hard to find skills"
Perform phone screening, face-to-face interview, and cold calling.
Ensure building a skill-wise active candidate database through various sourcing strategies, channels and mechanism.
Maintain and manage a database of qualified candidates to ensure the highest quality candidates and timely service to all clients.
