Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (CAN START ASAP)
Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers/directors to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for finding the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
· Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
· Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
· Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
· Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Experience with interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
