Recruitment Specialist - Bancassurance/Sales

**Qualifications**:**6 months project**- Graduate of a bachelor's degree- With at least 2 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management (preferably Sales/BPO/Real Estate)- Good oral and written communication Skills- With experience in hiring for sales rolesMain Purpose - Supports Banca on recruitment and back-office work.1. Recruitment- Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)- End to end recruitment - Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer2. Stakeholder Management- Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement3.
