Recruitment Officer

a) Coordinate hiring activitiesc) Prepare and post job ads online. Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent.d) Help with resume screening and initial phone screens, reaching out to a number ofapplicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing.f) Greet and assist interviewees onsiteg) Process background checks, assists in pre-employment orientation and onboarding.i) Handle records and paperworkj) Performs safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.k) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.To be assign at Greenfield Santa Rosa, Laguna.
