Recruitment Manager

**Job Descriptions**:- Developing and implementing recruitment policies.- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.- Develops and implements departmental budget.- Hiring staffing requirements and negotiating salary offers/Job Offer.- Motivating and supporting the current team.- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.- At least eight (8) years of human resource management experience required.- Excellent communication skills.- Highly organized.- Superior interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented.- Good problem-solving skills.- Budget management experience.- Strong people skills.- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.- Computer literacy.**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
