Recruitment Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Achieve recruitment goals and targets- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/clients- Ensure effective, efficient, and consistent implementation of client and internal processes and policies- Conducts pre-screening and in-depth interviews- Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts- Facilitates and discusses job offers- Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need- Performs other tasks that superiors may assign- Contribute / Develop in continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting the business, and employees- Rotates across different recruitment functions due to need, to promote a robust back up system and maintain the cross functional skill set of the team.QUALIFICATIONS:- Preferably a college graduate with recruitment experience- Strong command of English both oral and written- Highly organized, able to handle multiple requirementsRequirements: Language(s): Englishskills: Communication and persuasion,Time ManagementAvailability to travel: YesAvailability to change residence: YesWork Day: Full TimeType of Job: Permanent contractMinimum required education: VocationalJOB TYPEWork Day:Full TimeEmployment type:Permanent JobSalary:NegotiableJOB REQUIREMENTSMinimal experience:Unspecified
