JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Associate - Mandarin Speaker will be responsible in performing end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to on-boarding newly hired employees within approved service level agreement, guidelines and parameters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
Utilize available sources and/or databases to pool applicants for vacant positions based on specifications indicated on the hiring profile and job description
Include applicants generated via employee referral and social networking
Review applicant profiles to identify potential candidates
Invite/ Encourage candidates to visit the career hub by positioning RWM as an employer of choice
Establish working relationships with manpower agencies / sourcing vendors to facilitate and fill temporary, casual and/or contractual hiring requirements
Keep applicant database up-to-date; track applicant source and prepare corresponding report/s
Ensure all documentation and report requirements are prepared, submitted, circulated and filed

Screening and Selection
Review application forms and CVs prior to initial interview
Conduct initial interview to determine match applicant profile with the job/hiring profile
Provide applicants with an overview of RWM, the job applied for and its requirements
Administer appropriate tests and check and prepare a summary of test results
Recommend/endorse applicants whose skills and competencies match the hiring requirement
Prepare a short-list of candidates for the final selection process within prescribed turn-around-time
Coordinate and track interview schedules/outcomes with the requisitioning manager
Prepare and issue regret letter to disqualified candidates

Job Offer and Pre-Employment Requirements
Coordinate with Payroll/C&B for the preparation of the Job Offer sheet
Schedule the selected candidate for job offer discussion/signing and new employee orientation.
Conduct character reference/background check on all selected candidates
Coordinate with accredited medical clinic to ensure that selected candidates are fit-to-work prior to on-boarding
Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, most especially all government/statutory requirements such as SSS number, TIN, PhilHealth, PagIbig as well as NBI and Police clearance
Ensure submission of all Pagcor GEL documentation requirements, if required

On-Boarding
Prepare and submit a list of all candidates scheduled for on-boarding to the concerned departments/parties, especially the HOD and immediate superior/s of these candidates
Ensure that employment contracts are ready for new employee/s’ signature on day 1
Double check compliance with pre-employment requirements via the audit checklist
Transmit all necessary documents to HRIS for recording, encoding and filing
Collaborate with the Employee Engagement Team in providing a warm welcome to the new hires and creating a positive first impression for RWM

Administrative/Clerical Tasks
Thoroughly review hiring profile and JD prior to sourcing candidates
Keep sufficient stock of application forms in the career hub for all walk in applicants
Update all trackers and prepare reports accurately and in a timely manner
Process manpower agency billing invoice and ensure submission of complete supporting documents to facilitate timely release of payment
Maintain and update all files
Keep work area well-organized at all times
Dispose of unnecessary files following the prescribed process

QUALIFICATIONSHas a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English language.
Preferably 1-2 yrs experienced professional in Human Resources, End to End Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing.
